BBQ dragon chicken wings are one of my favorite wing and its really easy to make, you can eat them with your fingers. To save time, you can make the sauce for them the night before and keep it in the fridge until serving time

Dragon BBQ Wings is hot and spicy so its perfect for your family or party which have beer, wine and others cold drink. Ok so let’s get to it

Serves: 6

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 25 to 30 minutes

Ingredients

* 18 chicken wings
* Oil for cooking

For the sauce

* 9 fl oz (250ml) of cider vinegar
* 1 tablespoon of coarse sea salt
* 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
* ! teaspoon of paprika
* I small, roasted red pepper chopped
* freshly ground black pepper to taste
* 9 fl oz (60ml) of vegetable oil
* 2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce
* 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes

1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and mix well together. Pour the sauce into a jug or bottle.

2. Rub the chicken wings with the oil and cook over a hot grill for about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir the sauce and drizzle it over the wings every few minutes.

3. Turn over and repeat for the other side. The sauce will separate and so will need stirring frequently prior to drizzling.

4. Serve your barbecued spicy chicken wings while they’re hot.

Tip: Use a digital thermometer for cooking Barbecue Chicken

A basic digital thermometer is designed to take a temperature reading through within ten seconds and can’t be in the meals in the course of cooking. Take away the poultry in the temperature as well as glide the actual thermometer into the thickest part of hen parts or perhaps into the breast on whole parrots. Confirm the temperatures reading through.

If the temperature is lacking, eliminate the thermometer and set the particular poultry back again about the temperature to finish cooking. In the event the temperatures are correct, the particular chicken is ready to take in.

Asian Style Sweet And Sour Barbecue Chicken Wings

Ingredients

20 Chicken wings
7 1/2 ounces Tomato sauce (half can)
2 tablespoons Orange marmalade
1 tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoons Ginger — minced
2 teaspoons Fermented chili sauce
2 teaspoons Pepper vinegar
4 Garlic cloves — peeled
1 teaspoon Salt (scant)
2 teaspoons MSG
1/2 cup Water (more as needed)
Tabasco, to taste -(or other hot pepper-sauce)

Method:

Cut off spurs from chicken wing-tips and rinse chicken wings. Place in pressure cooker with water; bring to pressure and cook at high heat for up to five minutes. Remove from pressure cooker and place cooked-out fat in wide-mouthed, tapered jar for other uses.

Blend all ingredients except chicken and Tabasco (or hot sauce) until fairly even consistency, with no large chunks of ginger or garlic. Place 3/4 of sauce in pan. Roll wings in sauce; remove wings to broiler pan (with slotted top). Bake at 325 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon about half of remaining sauce on top of each piece; broil for 5 minutes. Add Tabasco or other hot pepper sauces to taste and serve.

Notes:

* Use vinegar “which has been used to keep a supply of bird’s-eye
peppers.”

* After discarding chicken spurs, wash hands with very warm water and Dial soap (and follow up with isotropy alcohol rinse); wash all utensils with bleach. (One should always regard chickens, even if processed in USA
or inspected by USDA, as unclean! USDA inspectors are notoriously less than thorough, and U.S. packing houses often neglect basic hygienic rules in working with chickens, especially in dealing with their entrails, waste
products un-excreted, etc. And one should not expect much better from out-of-country chickens.)

Save Money and Cook Applebee’s Recipes at Home

Apple bee’s recipes have their own unique flare. I want to share with you how you can have the great taste of Apple bee’s in your own home.

“Hey sir, I would love to start with an order of Apple bee’s Quesa dillas followed up with with an order of Honey Riblets for the main course.” If that don’t get your taste buds going, not sure what will. Apple bee’s recipes have a certain flare and signature you don’t find just anywhere. But eating at Apple bee’s 2 or 3 times a week is not an option for most people. What is an Apple bee’s lover to do?

Now, the power of Recipe Secrets, you can convert your cooking skills into an Apple bee’s chef. These recipes aren’t going to be similar, they are going to be exactly like the restaurant. You will be getting over 40 tested and perfected mouth-watering recipes just like Apple bee’s. Let me show some of the recipes you will receive:

- Apple bee’s Tequila Lime Chicken

- Apple bee’s Santa Fe Stuffed Chicken

- Apple bee’s Aztec Chicken Salad

- Apple bee’s Chicken Wings

- Apple bee’s Chimi-Cheesecake

Originally, I found some recipes online that claimed to be Apple bee’s recipes. So I tried several and guess what? There is a reason they are free. They have not been tested and perfected by a professional chef, nor do they taste anything like Apple bee’s food. So I bought the recipe book and man was it ever worth it. One meal paid for the book and now I eat Apple bee’s whenever I want for a third of the cost.

Apple bee’s recipes taste really good in the restaurant but taste fantastic when made in your own kitchen. You have nothing to lose and a whole lot of awesome recipes to gain. The Recipe Secrets cookbook also features recipes from Starbucks, Wendy’s, KFC, Olive Garden and Ruby Tuesday’s just to name a few.

Pet Treat Recipe

Article by John Dow

We all love to give our pets a snack or treat from time to time. The key to any pet treat is to make it healthy and nutritious. Although most pets love table scraps and leftovers, they don’t always provide the best ingredients for your pet, especially if they are over weight.

A little fat is good for most dogs and cats since it’s a necessary ingredient and a natural component of a good diet. But giving large quantities of fat often will cause your pet long-term health problems. Obesity in household pets can shorten life spans and increase the chance of kidney and liver problems. Not to mention expensive Vet bills for treatment of these common ailments

Many of the commercial pet treats have ingredients like sugar, fat, animal byproducts that are not a good thing for your pets. There are a few that have started to make more healthy food and treats but can be very pricey. Look at the cost per ounce or pound the next time you go shopping, I’ll bet you can get steak for less money.

An easy way to make sure your pet gets healthy treats and not break the household budget is to make them yourself. Here’s a good and healthy Pet Treat Recipe that you can make for your pet:

Ingredients

1 lb of chicken wings, chicken liver and gizzards ground well (bones and all)16 oz can of Mackerel finely chopped1 cup of wheat germ1 cup of powdered skim milk1 cup of corn meal4 cups of wheat flour½ teaspoon of salt4 tablespoons of vegetable oil or butter3 cloves of minced garlic1 quart of water

Combine ingredients and mix into dough. Knead until firm. Roll out to flat ½ inch thick, then cut into strips or use choice of cookie cutter. Place on cookie trays and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until crisp. Break into bite sized pieces for your pet. Store in airtight container and refrigerate if keeping for longer than 3-4 days.

If you want a less crunchy result, add 2-3 eggs. It will make it softer and easier for older animals to chew. I got this pet treat recipe from a country vet years ago. This mixture contains about 36% protein and 17% fat, which is a good mix for both cats and dogs.

All natural ingredients, no filler, and a good nutritional mix for pet treats. Cost is about 10% of same quantity of store bought treats witch have nowhere near the food and nutrition content. You could also use some chicken broth in place of the water to crank up the flavor.

This is a great activity for a rainy day with the kids. You can make cookies for the kids and treats for the animals at the same time. One batch lasts about 10 days around our house with a dog and two cats. We make some treats in the shape of dog bones for the dog and small squares for the cats.

Try out this Pet Treat Recipe and use these treats instead of giving table scraps or leftovers. The homemade treats are much more healthy and will not add on the extra weight like the leftovers. Our pets know when we are baking them and come sit and wait for the treats to be ready.

*

The story of Pizza Hut began in 1958, when two college students from Wichita, Kansas, Frank and Dan Carney; were approached by a family friend with the idea of opening a pizza parlor. Although the concept was relatively new to many Americans at that time, the brothers quickly saw the potential of this new enterprise.

They decided that they wanted the word “pizza” in the name of the restaurant and since the place itself reminded them of a hut, they came up with Pizza Hut. It was the creation of what would become the largest and most successful pizza restaurant chain in the world. Pizza Hut is today a division of YUM!

The Matzo Ball soup is the Holy Grail of Kosher food. The Matzo Ball, or knaidel/ knaidelach, has been around for millennia. It all began when Moses led the Jews through the desert. A young boy while wandering with some matzo in hand, found a hot spring. He knew that simply dunking the matzo in the water wouldn’t be any good, so he crumbled his matzo in his hand and molded it into a ball. He somehow was able to bind it together – perhaps he had a chicken with him at the time, perhaps with divine aid – and when he tried his creation, he found a delicious alternative to eating flat matzo. This practice evolved into the modern matzo ball soup that we know and love today. (Maybe). Everyone knows what matzo ball soup is, it’s a kid-friendly kosher meal, and even Gentiles frequently enjoy it. There are, however, many differing qualities that distinguish good matzo ball soup from bad. So if you really want to impress your guests this Passover, or heck, even if you want to change up the pace on Sabbath, follow these instructions.

1. To really get that fresh taste, we have to prepare the poultry. Wash a turkey neck that has been cut into pieces, and add one pound of chicken wings. Then place them into a large soup pot, and fill it with water until the meat is submerged at the bottom with about two inches of water on top.

2. Bring to a roiling boil. Scrape any froth from the top of the water.

3. Next it’s time to add the veggies. Take 3-4 carrots, 3 zucchinis, 3 celery sticks, 2 small onions, 1-2 small parsley roots, an optional piece of pumpkin (which you should add, because pumpkin happens to be extraordinarily healthy for you and your family), some fresh parsley, and spices to taste, with some chicken soup powder. Bring them to a boil.

4. Lower the heat to a simmer. Let it go for two hours, and allow the steam to escape. If the water level dips below the vegetables, just add some more.

5. During this time, you can prepare the sacred matzo balls. Take 4 egg whites, 4 tsp. of water, 4 tsp. of oil, ½ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper, 1 cup matzo meal, optional 2 tsp. chopped parsley. In a separate bowl take the egg yolks and beat them with some water.

6. Fold the ingredients of each bowl together to form a light dough. Cover and chill for at least half an hour.

7. Strain the soup after two hours have passed.

8. Bring the strained soup to a boil. Take the chilled matzo ball dough and stir it up. Get your hands wet and start rolling little matzo balls. Remember that matzo balls expand to about twice their original size when cooked, so judge accordingly. Add them to the soup and make sure that they float because you don’t want any sticking to the bottom.

9. Cover the pot, and let it simmer, with the addition of the strained veggies, for half an hour more.

That’s it! With this recipe, you will surely be able to wow any crowd, Jew or Gentile. Remember that Hasidic Jews follow gebrocht kosher kashrut and do not enjoy matzo meal in water, so an alternative is to use potato starch.

I typed up all the recipes on my computer and when I was done I thought..wow, this would be a great collection to share with others.
